I was tasked with refreshing Summit’s recruitment video to support the company’s hiring initiatives and better reflect its culture, standards, and day-to-day work environment. The goal was to create an engaging piece that would resonate with prospective employees and interns while authentically showcasing life at Summit.
Serving as videographer, editor, and motion designer, I captured B-roll across active job sites and office environments to highlight the breadth of the company’s work. I assisted in conducting and filming employee interviews, ensuring the messaging felt natural and aligned with the company’s values.
In post-production, I combined all footage into a cohesive narrative, incorporating branded motion graphics and on-screen text to enhance storytelling and visual consistency. The editing process included color correction, audio balancing, and overall pacing to create a polished, professional final product.
This project demonstrates my ability to manage full-cycle video production—from concept and filming through editing and final delivery—while maintaining strong brand alignment.
