Brand Standards - Fall 2019
Prompt: The challenge of this project was to re-design an existing companies logo. Students were tasked to choose a company they felt needed to be updated and were to give it a new, fresh rebrand in regard to logo and assets.
Solution: For this, I had chosen Allegiant Airlines a smaller airport based in Reno, Nevada. They were know for their specific vacation destinations. Their current logo had a gradient sun over the "giant" in their name, to give it a new look everything was flattened into two specific colors. Color was specifically picked to each represent the two visions they incorporate into their brand. Innovation blue to represent their importance for trust. Rising Sun yellow to represent the hope of new destinations.
